Very soon I’m going to try some Phelsumas from Madagascar and Chinese quail chicks.
Some animals of the feeder list above are much to small for (small) parsons but I still tried them out. The most common feeder insects are crickets, locust and cockroaches.

Gut load

As feeder for insects you can use different brands. Most known is Vit- All of Stickey Tongue Farms.

I use T-Rex Cricket formula. The reason why is because you don’t have to use water and the calcium percentage is quite high.
Vitamins

For vitamins you can use brands like Herpcare, Korvimin, (Dutch Brand),Minerall indoor & outdoor, Reptivite, Vita Totaal (Dutch brand).

I the winter I use Minerall indoor (yellow top) and in the summer outdoor (red top)
